Energy saving credentials makes Showersave the perfect addition to Crest Nicholson offsite project

Arborfield Off-site project

Showersave, the UK’s leading brand of waste water heat recovery system, is delighted to have been specified for use in this project of the future. The maintenance free Showersave system offers a cost effective route to Part L Building Regulation compliance and is simple to install.

Crest Nicholson is working with Stewart Milne Timber Systems and Fusion Building Systems on an off-site manufacturing project which will research, design, appraise and validate advanced panel construction in order for it to be rolled out across Crest Nicholson. The Design team for the project consists of architects, mechanical engineers and environmental engineers.

“This project has brought together some of the pre-eminent names in UK off-site construction. Showersave is a perfect addition to the project, given its impressive energy saving credentials, ease of installation and zero maintenance requirements.  This is the first UK installation of the Showersave QB-21 Cyclone; which offers even greater efficiency and is aesthetically very unique. Feedback from the site and the installation team has been extremely positive and we look forward to continuing our work with the team at Showersave.”
